Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the CrossFlow platform ("Service") at crossflow.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

CrossFlow provides financial infrastructure intelligence — signal monitoring, company intelligence, opportunity scoring, and related tools — designed for sales, partnership, and banking professionals. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@crossflow.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account credentials with others outside your licensed team seats. Each seat is for one named individual.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or data
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications at scale
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written agreement
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We use Stripe for payment processing.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the billing settings in your account. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.

6. Data and intelligence accuracy

CrossFlow aggregates signals from public sources and applies automated analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, score, or intelligence output. The Service is an informational tool — all commercial decisions remain yours.

Contact data from third-party enrichment providers (People Data Labs) is provided as-is. You are responsible for ensuring your use of contact data complies with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations.

7. Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, data models, and platform content are owned by CrossFlow or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the Service (e.g. pipeline notes, CRM data). You grant CrossFlow a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of this agreement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
