A signal is any detected event — a job posting, earnings mention, regulatory filing, expansion announcement, ERP implementation signal, etc. — that CrossFlow surfaces for a company in your universe. Signal limits reset monthly.

What is an account brief?

An account brief is an AI-generated intelligence report for a specific company — covering cross-border exposure, FX pain points, treasury complexity, and talking points. Briefs are generated on demand and count against your monthly allocation.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your trial runs on the Growth plan. After 14 days you'll be prompted to select a plan and add a payment method. No charge is made during the trial.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing saves you around 20% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings.
